• Unopened Products: You may return unopened Products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
• Opened Products: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened Products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or incorrect.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive your returned items.
• Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the Product is faulty or sent in error.

8. Cancellations

• You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the Products (the “cooling-off period”) under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
• To cancel, contact us by email within this timeframe. You must return the Products at your own expense.
