Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

If you are a UK customer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your Products, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To exercise your right to cancel, please email us at contact@pet-protection.org within 14 days of delivery.

Important hygiene exception

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, this right to cancel does not apply to Products that have been opened or used, where the seal has been broken after delivery.

Returning Unopened Products

  • Products must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging
  • Returns must be sent back within 30 days of notifying us of cancellation
  • You are responsible for return postage costs unless the Product is faulty or was sent in error
  • Once received and inspected, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

 

Opened or Used Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used Products, unless they are:

  • Faulty
  • Damaged on arrival
  • Incorrectly supplied

If this applies, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged or you believe a Product is faulty:

  • Email contact@pet-protection.org with your order number and a description of the issue
  • Please include photos where possible

We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
  • We aim to process refunds within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned Products
  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to purchase a different Product, please return the original item (if eligible) for a refund and place a new order through our Website.

How to Return Your Products

To arrange a return:

  1. Email contact@pet-protection.org with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will provide the return address and instructions
  3. Package the Products securely and return them using a tracked service (recommended)
