Shipping Policy

1. Overview

At PetProtection™, we aim to deliver your pet’s supplements quickly, safely, and reliably.

This Shipping Policy explains our order processing times, delivery methods, and your rights under UK consumer law.

2. Order Processing

Orders received by 2:00 pm (Monday – Friday) are dispatched the same working day.

Orders placed after 2:00 pm, on weekends, or on UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

3. Delivery Service

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail First Class Post.

Estimated delivery time:

1–2 working days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom (England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland).

4. Delivery Charges

Standard Delivery (Royal Mail First Class): £5.00

Free Delivery on orders over £25.00, applied automatically at checkout.

All delivery charges are clearly shown before you confirm your order.

5. Delays & Missing Parcels

While most orders arrive promptly, occasional delays may occur with Royal Mail.

If your parcel has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, please contact us at contact@pet-protection.org with your order number so we can assist.

Responsibility for the goods remains with us until they are delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct, as we cannot be responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details.
