1. Overview

At PetProtection™, we aim to deliver your pet’s supplements quickly, safely, and reliably.
This Shipping Policy explains our order processing times, delivery methods, and your rights under UK consumer law.

2. Order Processing

• Orders received by 2:00 pm (Monday – Friday) are dispatched the same day.

• Orders placed after 2:00 pm, on weekends, or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

3. Delivery Service

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail First Class Post.

Estimated delivery time:

• 1–2 working days after dispatch (not guaranteed, but Royal Mail delivers most First Class items next day).

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom (England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland).

4. Delivery Charges

• Standard Delivery (Royal Mail First Class): £5.00

• Free Delivery on orders over £25.00, applied automatically at checkout.

Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly shown before you confirm your order.

5. Missed or Delayed Deliveries

While most orders arrive promptly, delays can occasionally occur with Royal Mail.
