This Warranty Policy explains your rights and how we handle issues relating to product quality or defects.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable UK consumer protection laws.
By law, you are entitled to:
Products that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
A full refund within 30 days if your product is faulty or not as described.
A repair or replacement (if possible) if a fault develops within six months of purchase.
In some circumstances, a partial refund or price reduction if a repair or replacement cannot be provided.
These rights exist automatically and apply to all PetProtection™ customers in the UK.
In addition to your statutory rights, we provide a 12-month limited warranty on all PetProtection™ supplements and similar products.
What’s Covered:
Manufacturing defects or quality issues present at the time of purchase.
Packaging or sealing faults that compromise product integrity upon delivery.
What’s Not Covered:
This warranty does not cover:
Normal product expiry after the “Best Before” or “Use By” date.
Changes in product colour, texture, or odour due to improper storage.
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to follow the product’s feeding or storage instructions.
Reactions caused by individual pet sensitivities, allergies, or incompatibility (please consult your vet before use).
Products purchased from unauthorised resellers or third-party marketplaces.
